Standard Hourly Rate: $400.00
Our Standard Hourly Rate: $400.00. In long duration matters such rate may be lowered with the consent of the Attorney and Client.

Flat fee rates in appropriate cases may be negotiated with the consent of the Attorney and Client. (We do do uncontested unlawful detainer actions for a flat fee / however if an uncontested unlawful detainer action becomes contested an additional negotiated fee is added with the consent of the Attorney and Client.)

Personal Injury Cases are handled on a contingency (no win, no fee) Litigation Costs are advanced by Lally Law and go back to Lally Law after settling. The contingency varies from forty to twenty five per cent depending on the circumstances and ages of our clients.

Complimentary consultations are only given in personal injury and worker's compensation cases. All other consultations in other matters require a fee of $400.00 for an hour / $200.00 for a half hour.

We do not give legal advice outside of an appointment setting, which could be by telephone or Zoom. The reason for this is “legal advice” is actually our product that we produce and sell. That is why we ask for compensation for our legal advice when it is given. As an example, when you go to Mc Donalds and receive a Big Mac, you exchange compensation with Mc Donalds to receive and enjoy that Big Mac. “Legal advice” is our Big Mac and we must receive compensation for it. That is just the nature of the business that we are in. When it comes to appointments for consultations we have two choices for our potential clients. Depending on the nature of your concern. You may make an appointment for ½ hour for $200 or if you feel that longer is needed, you may make an appointment for 1 hour for $400.
 
 
 
If you book a consultation and retain our team you will receive a credit towards your retainer agreement. All initial appointments are by telephone or zoom. We will provide you with a procedure to send us documents for review before any consultation if needed.
